Gain Cardio Confidence by, and gaining Double the cardio needed for 5x5 minute rolls through:
- Aim for 5-7 hours of rolling/drilling/cardio per week
- Gaining or maintaining impressive strength through S&C.
Mental
- Create affirmations for what you aspire to be, and do in the competition.
- You have to want it, and want to be there.
- Set the goal, never give up, and don’t listen to the voices telling you to stop.

- Priorities working on your weakness.
- Deliberate Practice
